Mother’s Day.

Blown away by all the love. Overflowing with gratitude for the sweetness of my beautiful family and friends. My home is filled with gorgeous flowers, candles and all these unexpected cards and gifts. I truly wasn’t anticipating this.

We all have moments when it feels like the walls are closing in. We feel the restriction in our breath. We feel the weight of our challenges and don’t see very far beyond that.

There’s no one way to ritual or honor this full moon energy. The key is to first honor where you are. If you’re feeling lit up vs feeling drained, you’ll likely approach it differently.

I haven’t emailed anyone outside my programs for a year ... that’s how I follow what lights me up in my business and stay so happy... if it doesn’t light me up and I feel resistance, I listen. So I took it off my plate instead of feeling the constant energy leak seeing it on my list. And I am glad I did.

During the distant healing session I facilitated for you, I was honored to move us through cleansing, grounding, protection, release and detachment.
