I’m moving through a series of physical setbacks and just as I felt myself starting to come up for air.

Did you hold back from sharing 2020 celebrations and accomplishments out loud? Did you hold back bc you’re a beautiful empath and sensitive to others feelings and went through some sort of inner dialogue around how can you celebrate your light when so many are navigating the dark?

My most sincere wish for the world is that every being feels safe.

It is heartbreaking on how many levels that isn’t the case.

2020 🌈 Personal Celebrations

The theme I held for myself was expansion. And the theme I held for the collective was clarity. And neither disappointed.

Sending out love love love love love love love and refocusing on some lightwork for now.

Yesterday I planned to get up and have a relaxing, self care morning with all my spiritual tools. And have all the time to sit down and prepare for our year end zoom call.

Instead on the final day of 2020, I was again reminded of the importance of detaching from how things will unfold.

Please don’t wait until Jan 1 or Monday to practice an act of self care.

Do it today.
